Welcome to the beginning of something new for fans of the works of Ken St. Andre and Steve Crompton.
For those familiar with Ken’s previous site, Trollhalla, welcome to your new home. Ugh!
For those not familiar with Trollhalla, no worries. This site represents a whole new experience – a new beginning – for all.
Whoever you are and wherever you hail from, you’ve found the Ruptured Troll Shoppe of Curiosities, the official store for the Monsters! Monsters! role-playing game, the Zimrala campaign world, City of the Gods products, and other wild fantasy books, games and more! While this site is primarily geared towards the works of Ken St. Andre and Steve Crompton, you may also occasionally find here the works of other authors and artists.
What can you expect to find here? Products for sale, to be sure, but Ken won’t stand for this site being nothing more than a boring old store that just tries to sell things. He wants interactivity with fans, much like the original Trollhalla, but not as complex. So that’s the goal.

Here’s a sampling of what Ken has discussed bringing to the site.
Ask Trollgodfather
This will be a column where people may ask Ken (almost) any question. There will be posted guidelines, including a list of what’s automatically inappropriate, likely to include religion, politics, certain rpgs Ken has nothing to do with and no interest in, and topics that are just too personal. Beyond that, you can ask him anything. It will all be subject to his whim, of course.
Monstrous Adventures
Short pieces of fiction about monsters… that can only come from the mind of Ken St. Andre.
The Toughest Dungeon in the World
The continuing adventures of Uhu the troll in the Cavern of Hael, like Rick Loomis used to do. Ken poses a situation. Then the vote of the readers determines what happens next. The story continues until it reaches the end, or people quit responding. Questions are to be answered by an online poll at the end of each episode.
Monster Art Contest
Ken mentioned he’d like to feature new pieces of Monster Art, possibly supplied by you, the fans – maybe a contest with a small, honorary eprize or a discount code for a product.
New Beginning: Our Products
Watch for print books for Monsters! Monsters!, Zimrala, City of the Gods, and whatever else Ken, Steve, and fellow enthusiasts can dream up. You’ll continue to find digital versions of many products at the Trollgodfather Press store on DriveThruRPG. But from time to time, digital downloads might also show up here. Ken has also mentioned the possibility of T-shirts, comics, and collectibles being available through this site.

That would be me, MK Eidson, aka Mike, previously known as Khayd’haik on Trollhalla, and the web admin for that site for years. Now I’m back to help Ken and Steve once more. Ugh! If you find something wrong from a technical aspect on this site, please send a message via the Contact Us page, and all three of us will see it. I’ll fix it if it’s a quick fix. If it’s a new feature request or a change to content, Ken or Steve will have to approve it first, and even if they do, implementation will depend on my ability to make it happen and having the time to do it.
